National Training Services Program Action Plan Proposal

I. Project Title: “Environmental Waste Awareness and Neutralization”

1. Purpose and Objectives:


• To encourage residents of [Selected area] to take care of their environment.
• To inform residents of [Selected area] of proper ways in managing their waste.
• To promote environmental awareness.

2. Target Date and Location: [TBA Date] on 12;00 pm at the multi-purpose hall of
[Selected area] located in [address].

3. Target Audience: 50 residents of [Selected area], ranging from 15-65 years old.

4. Activity Proper:
• Estimated Total Time of the Program: 3 hours.
• Time Allocation
- 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm = Preparation of the venue for the event
- 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm = Program proper
- 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm = Clean-up

II. Process

1. Finances: ₱10,500
• Contribution of approximately 35 people with ₱300 per person.
• Budget Allocation:
- ₱7,000 = Goods to be given to the audience
- ₱2,000 = Venue and Equipment
- ₱1,000 = Guest Speaker
- ₱500 = Petty Cash, Contingency Fund

• Inviting Audiences:
- Advertising of the program shall be conducted in collaboration with the local

5. Damage Control
• In case of disorderly audience: It will be handled by the peace officers and ushers.
• In case of absent guest speaker: Discussion will be handled by Raven Jacob Pineda.
• In case of insufficient funds: Contribution of each member shall be adjusted
accordingly with the shortage.
• In case of unavoidable disturbance on the date: The event shall be moved to another
date.
III. Expectations and Fine Tuning of Results

1. Expectations
• The audience will be properly informed regarding the message of the program.
• The ushers and peace officers will ensure that the audience’s atmosphere will be
maintained to allow the program to go smoothly.
• The goods will be given to the audience in a fair manner.
• The production will create a program that will be both informative and engaging.

2. Fine Tuning of Results


• Opinions and feedback from the non-student personnel shall be collected for the
improvement of the action plan.
• A general meeting between all members shall be conducted at a later date to collect
opinions and feedback regarding the event for the improvement of the action plan.
• Collected feedback and analysis of the event shall be conducted in later chapters to
derive recommendations of what can be improved in the action plan.
