1. Fares are too high

Solution:
a. The first solution is the officers to make the fares
according to the journey from the starting place to the
destination so that the passengers don’t object to the high
fare
b. The second solution is we will submit a proposal so that
the government can subsidize public transport, and if it is
approved we can review the bus fares and lower them
c. The third solution is we will change bus fuel from non-
subsidized fuel to subsidized fuel so that it will lower
operating costs and we can review bus fares and lower
them
2. Bus stops are not conveniently placed

Solution:
a. The fisrt solution is we will improve all existing bus stops by improving the
architecture while still prioritizing the comfort of bus passengers so that the bus stop
becomes more comfortable and more aesthetic
b. The second solution is we will improve all existing bus stops by improving the

c. The third solution is we make notices about the cleanliness of bus stops and buses
and fines for passengers who don't keep the bus clean and post it to the website and
social media so that all passengers know this info and all bus passengers always
keep each other clean and the bus will always be clean and comfortable
3. Buses are infrequent

Solution:
a. The first solution is if the availability of buses is rare, it is better
to make a bus departure schedule once a day so that passengers
know the next bus departure schedule
b. The second solution it is better to determine what number of buses
will depart at the scheduled time
c. The third solution is there should be one bus that stands by at the
counter, if there are problems, another bus is already there to
replace it so that the departure schedule is appropriate and there
are no travel delays
4. Buses are delayed in traffic jams

Solution:
a. The first solution is preferably in the schedule that has been
prepared, how much is estimated to arrive and how long will it
wait at traffic jams.
b. The second solution is the bus should go through a special bus
lane that has been provided by the government so as not to
experience delays in traffic jams
c. The third solution is I think delays in traffic jams are common
but as previously suggested we can provide entertainment to
the community by karaoke together on the bus so that people
don't get bored when traffic jams are very long
5. Buses are dirty

Solution:
a. The first solution is bus officer should clean the bus as often as
possible, so that the bus is always clean and the passengers are
comfortable on the bus
b. The second solution is the passengers should also keep the bus
clean so that the bus is always clean passengers feel comfortable in
the bus
c. The third solution is the driver also responsible for reminding
passengers not litter and keep the bus clean, so that the driver and
passengers feel comfortable during the trip
6. Some areas are not well-served by buses

Solution:
a. The first solution is the government intervene in building adequate
infrastructure so that buses can operate properly in these areas such as
building good roads and providing bus stops for buses to stop,pick up and
drop off passengers
b. This problem may occur because the roads to area are not good,so buses
difficult to the area. Therefore the solution is the government should repair
the damaged roads to areas that have’nt been served by buses,so that later
the road can passed by the bus well.
c. The problem posiibility occur because of the lack of interest of local
residents in using buses,residents should reduce the use of private vehicle
and use public transportation more,so that there is no congestion on the
highway
7. Buses finished at midnight

Solution:
a. The first solution is the bus should have finished until the
specified time so that the bus driver is not too tired and it doesn’t
take too long to go home
b. The second solution is bus owners must manage the time well
such as departing from 7 A.M to 12 P.M
c. The third solution is drivers must take care of their halth
because if they are sick their concentration in driving is reduced
8. Buses are overcrowded

Solution:
a. The first solution is the driver should know how many seats are
vacant or left for the next passengers
b. The second solution is the driver should not give outboard seats to
passengers
c. The third solution is if the bus ful of passengers the driver don’t
accept other passengers to avoid a bus that congested.
9. Timetable information is difficult to get

Solution:
a. The first solution is the bus company should provide or
make a written schedule that is clear and posted at the bus
station.
b. The second solution is make advertisements in print media
and internet media that make it easier for passengers to see
the schedule.
c. The third solution is place the schedule on every bus that
operates so that the schedule of each bus departure is known
and there are no schedule errors or delays in the departure
schedule
10. Occasionally buses break down

Solution:
a. The first solution is should be checked before carrying out
operations. Starting from checking the engine, checking tires,
checking gasoline, etc.,
b. The second solution is to minimize the occurrence of
unexpected breakdowns, regular service must be carried out to
avoid these breakdowns and the usefulness of bus services to
maintain the durability of the bus and comfort for bus
passengers.
c. The third solution is replaced with a new bus if the strike
continues for the safety and comfort of passengers
