PH7 MOS CLO Report Delivery Plan
Background:
• Due to safety & Health issue, suppliers are afraid to send team to some of the regions and checking condition.
• 3 Regions (50+8 CLO) Test are ongoing and other regions are under checking on field status every 2 weeks. DT finished for some CLOs and observed sector swap suspected issues for some sites.
• There are total 11 CLOs will be delay beyond submission Plan due to sector swap suspected issues (detail site & cluster list is provided as attached), attached the tentative sector swap resolving
plan accordingly. In Week-07, 7 sites swap verification finished as per plan and PEW applied in Week-08 and awaiting Customer Approval.

For the MOS pending 211:

50 CLOs (YGN/ AWD/ BGW) already submitted as per plan. Sector Swap
Rest of 161 CLOs (other regions) currently, DT Plan Suspected Site & Cluster List
