Workshop Notes:
● Please note that you are muted upon entry. Please continue to stay muted unless the host
or presenter opens the floor for questions. This helps us keep background noise to a
minimum!
● If you have questions during the workshop, please put them in the chat and the
host/presenter will see them and respond, either immediately, at intervals, or at the end of
the session.
● In the unlikely event of a security issue with Zoom, the host will immediately end the session
for all. We will then pick the session back up at a later time during the conference.
● We operate, much like an Edcamp, on the rule of two feet (clicks?). If you enter a workshop
and it’s not right for you, feel free to leave and enter another workshop. No one will be
upset!
● If you have technical difficulties hearing the speaker or seeing the screen, please make a
comment in the chat and the host will attempt to assist you - remember, though, that our
hosts are volunteers and may not be able to troubleshoot all problems.
● Finally, have fun! Learning should be enjoyable and this is a conference for you - enjoy!
● Remember to fill out the workshop survey on the app
(phone only) by clicking “Session Survey” in this
session.
● If you’d like to reach out to the presenter, please see the
app for their contact information and to connect!
● Share your learning on Twitter with the hashtag
#teachtech - we can’t wait to see what you share!
● We’ll see you for the next session shortly - remember to
get some water, stretch, and walk around for a bit!
