An online learning technology for the creation, management and delivery of
course material (Sabharwal et al. 2018; Turnbull, Chugh, and Luck 2019).

It’s not only enable the delivery of instruction and electronic resource to improve and augment
student learning in a collaborative environment, but also allow the instructors to focus on
designing meaningful pedagogical activities (Kattoua, Al-Lozi, and
Alrowwad 2016).

Common Problems
Mostly students were trapped in
technical problems in running the
programs.

The internet network caused the


difficulty to access the Google Classroom.

Because of the Internet connection problem, the students felt


fearful of failing to submit the assignment.

Another effect of network problem is the difficultyConclusion


in downloading the materials
that made the students taking much time to learn theConclusion

The lecturer sometimes did not give the directions of doing assignment
clearly, so that the students felt challenging to understand what they
have to do in the assignment.
