What you’ve got from your neighbors?
OB (Organizational Behavior)
is a study of human behavior in organizations
Why should we study OB?

We are different
- Height, weight, blood type, hometown, education..
- Way of thinking, what to value..

But we are same when involved in an organization

- A TV show “Chinjja Sana-i”
- URL: https://youtu.be/ybaHCDnz57M
Why should we study OB?

People are (or make themselves) different from each other

but organizations (or groups) make people similar

Balancing between “difference” and “similarity” will

eventually influence organizational outcomes
- profits, growth, survival, etc.

This course will show you some ways to understand people

in organization.
Are you ready to understand
people in organization?
