relationships between
words. It states the
likeness between two
things that are unlike.

A. SYNONYMS
These are the words possessing the same
meaning. This has something to do with ideas that
are alike or similar.
Example:
happy : joyful :: pretty : beautiful
B. ANTONYMS
These are the words opposite to each on ther in
terms of meaning.
Example:
huge : tiny :: hot : cold
C. PART OF A WHOLE
It is where several objects comprise or make up a
group.
Example:
heart : circulatory :: lungs : respiratory
D. CHARACTERISTICS
It is mostly comprise of descriptions of items.
Example:
scientist : smart :: board eraser : dusty
E. OBJECT/ PURPOSE/FUNCTION
It is shows what a certain object is for or explains
its use.
Example:
keyboard : type :: stove : cook
