You may have seen that there are times when you eat to fuel your body and different

Fuel eating
 
When we engage in fuel eating we know that we are eating to provide nutrition to our bodies. Fuel foods

Joy Eating
 
This is when you eat food simply because it tastes good. It just tastes good in your mouth. The secret to
joy eating is that you must enjoy it.
Examples include cup cakes, cookies, candy and anything else that tastes delightful but provide little or no

Eating for joy 10% of the time is a healthy balance.
Social Eating
 
Social is defined as seeking or enjoying the companion of others and eating is defined as
the act of the person that eats. Together combined they form social eating which means
people gathering together to accompanied each otherwhile socially eating.

Emotional eating:
 
Emotional eating is the practice of consuming large quantities of food -- usually "comfort"
or junk foods -- in response to feelings instead of hunger. Experts estimate that 75%
of overeating is caused by emotions.
Types of Stress

General Stress
Everyone has this stress. It can be resolved in a day or two days. And no intervention required.

Cumulative Stress
It builds up in your body. You can be more difficult to alleviate your symptoms. And it has more
serious psychological problems

Acute Traumatic Stress


It is a critical Incident kind of stress produce by psychological distress that has abnormal reaction
to normal situation.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
Severe stress produces severe psychological trauma and lasting change.
