Conclusion
Gossip is an inevitable and invincible entity, it can, and it will survive any
situation and generation. Gossips are naturally bad and unethical, but it can
never be stopped because gossiping is within our blood and it it’s the
traditional pastime of every friendship ever existed. Gossiping tend to create
and end friendship, gossip is a pervasive phenomenon in organizations causing
many individuals to have second-hand information about their colleagues.
Conclusion
Though based on our survey, performances of the students are not affected, so we believe
that being gossiped or spreading gossips doesn’t matter to them and it don’t affect their
educational studies. Majority of the respondents are gossipers themselves but also are
victims of gossips, it portrays that even gossipers themselves are not exempted on a
venomous bite of gossip. Now we expect that gossip are happening inside our school
premises, it is unavoidable. We interact with a lot of people, and we may not know them,
but they know something about us.

What is more intriguing that the most of the participant’s gossipers are their own
classmates and what is saddening that the gossips are more on the negative side, and it
simply says that gossip create division rather a unity in a classroom set up. Most of the
participants are not confrontational with their perpetrator or gossiper and simply shows
that even they know who the gossipers are, they choose to let them be and choose peace
over violence, it also shows that most of the participants doesn’t really care if they are
being gossiped
