    INTRODUCTION
    About RBLMHS:

    On 1949, RBLMHS was discovered and built by the Governor Rafael B. Lacson
    during his term. The June of 1952, this school started to accept a total of 485
    students, a total of 7 sections for the first year, 3 sections for the second year,
    and 1 section for third year were enrolled. Ever since then this has become the
    public school of Talisay City, introduced and built by Rafael B. Lacson

    Facts: This school is named after the Gov. Rafael B. Lacson


    EVENTS
    The year of 2022
    November 12, 2022
    During Nov. 12 of 2022, selected students and teachers
    participated in the Tree planting and Coastal Clean-Up at Barangay
    Zone 15, Tayabas, Talisay City.
