GOD’S PLAN,

PURPOSE IN LIFE
BIBLE TEXT: ROMA 8: 15 - 21
 INTRODUCTION:
• Our Topic for this month is God’s Plan, Purpose in Life in line with our
church theme “Soaring High in Faith”.
• As I was preparing the message, I really prayed on what topic to share
and what is God’s message for the church of Bignay of today.
• With all of the events happening in our lives, What is really God’s plan
and what is God’s purpose for us Christians in developing our faith
with Jesus.
• “Bakit kung kailan ako nakakilala sa Panginoon, doon naghirap ng
buhay ko / doon pa namatay ang mahal ko sa buhay / doon pa ako
nawalan ng trabaho / doon pa ako nagkasakit.
• And why is it important that we always keep in mind our purpose and
God’s plan as Christians during this difficult times.
ROMA 8:15-21

Sapagkat hindi espiritu ng pagkaalipin ang inyong tinanggap upang
kayo'y mamuhay sa takot. Sa halip, ang inyong tinanggap ay ang
Espiritu ng pagkupkop upang kayo'y gawing mga anak ng Diyos,
kaya tayo'y tumatawag sa kanya ng, “Ama, Ama ko!” 16 Ang Espiritu
ang nagpapatotoo, kasama ng ating espiritu, na tayo'y mga anak ng
Diyos. 17 At yamang mga anak, tayo'y mga tagapagmana ng Diyos at
kasamang tagapagmana ni Cristo. Sapagkat kung tayo'y kasama niya
sa pagtitiis, tayo'y makakasama niya sa kanyang kaluwalhatian.

Para sa akin, ang mga pagtitiis natin sa kasalukuyan ay hindi
maihahambing sa kaluwalhatiang ipahahayag sa atin balang
araw. 19 Sapagkat nananabik ang sangnilikha na ihayag ng Diyos ang
kanyang mga anak. 20 Nabigo ang sangnilikha, hindi dahil sa
kagustuhan nito, kundi dahil itinulot iyon ng Diyos. Gayunman,
nagbigay rin siya ng pag-asa 21 na ang lahat ng nilikha ay pinalaya ng
Diyos upang hindi na ito mabulok, at upang makabahagi ito sa
maluwalhating kalayaan ng mga anak ng Diyos.

Hiroo Onoda
-Hirō "Hiroo" Onoda was an Imperial Japanese Army
intelligence officer who fought in World War II and was a
Japanese holdout who did not surrender at war's end in
August 1945.

-After the war ended Onoda spent 29 years holding out in

the Philippines until his former commander traveled from
Japan to formally relieve him from duty by order of the
Emperor in 1974.

ROMA 8:15

• When you became a Christian, you are
adopted by a perfect Parent.
• Your heavenly Father love you perfectly.
• You have nothing to fear because He
watches over you.
• He is more powerful than any problem
you will ever face.
• The more time you spend with your
Father, the more your life will reflect
God’s design for you as His child.
• As God’s child you should become more
and more like him.
• As you grow in your faith, your heavenly
Father’s influence should have
increasingly more impact on how you
live (home, church, work, community).

• Spirit of God will always be with us in times
of trouble up to the time of victory
ROMA 8: 16-18

Ang Espiritu ang nagpapatotoo, kasama ng ating espiritu, na tayo'y
mga anak ng Diyos. 17 At yamang mga anak, tayo'y mga
tagapagmana ng Diyos at kasamang tagapagmana ni Cristo. Sapagkat
kung tayo'y kasama niya sa pagtitiis, tayo'y makakasama niya sa
kanyang kaluwalhatian.

 Four Things Victory is Not
• Victory is not a once-for-all, automatic inheritance.
• Victory is not an emotional high.
• Victory is not a dream reserved for supersaints, but we
are victorious through Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 15:57)
• Victory does not happen to us while we passively wait.

Kaya't hindi kami nasisiraan ng loob. Kahit na humihina ang aming

revealed in time as promised
ROMA 8: 19 - 21
Sapagkat nananabik ang sangnilikha na ihayag ng Diyos ang

kanyang mga anak. 20 Nabigo ang sangnilikha, hindi dahil sa

kagustuhan nito, kundi dahil itinulot iyon ng Diyos. Gayunman,

Mga minamahal, huwag na kayong magtaka sa mabibigat na

mga paghihirap ni Cristo upang maging lubos ang inyong kagalakan

2 CORINTO 1:3-4
Purihin ang Diyos at Ama ng ating Panginoong Jesucristo. Siya ang

Ama ng kahabagan at Diyos ng lahat ng kaaliwan.

Siya ang nagbibigay sa amin ng kaaliwan sa lahat ng aming

kahirapan. Ito ay upang maaliw namin silang mga nasa kahirapan sa

pamamagitan ng kaaliwan na kung saan inaliw kami ng Diyos.

 “In other eyes, my life is the essence of
success, but aside from work, I have a little
joy. And in the end, wealth is just a fact of life
to which I am accustomed,”
“At this moment, lying on the bed, sick and
remembering all my life, I realize that all my
recognition and wealth that I have is
meaningless in the face of imminent death,” it
goes on to say. “You can hire someone to
drive a car for you, make money for you
— but you can not rent someone to carry the
disease for you. One can find material things,
but there is one thing that can not be found
when it is lost — life.
