OBJECTIVES SCOPE

which is stored on database of ‘Superstore’.

categories which are sold by superstore.

• As per data analysis highest purchases are in consumer segment whereas home
office has least purchases in every category We need to focus on corporate and
home office segment to increase our sale.
• As per research there are three weak areas. As retailer is facing loss on Tables,
Supplies(office supplies) and Bookcases.
• As per research among all 26 states Karnataka has highest sales whereas
Mizoram, Assam, Odisha has least sale we have to focus on these states to
increase our sale.

• SALES IN NORTH AND NORTHEAST REGION ARE LESS SO RETAILER SHOULD FOCUS
ON THESE REGIONS TO INCREASE SALE OR SHOULD ARRANGE SOME DISCOUNT
