    Research Design: This study was used descriptive and explanatory research
    design.
    Target population: The target population were includes employees working
    in Kombolcha Industrial Park, Hauaxu Textile Industry.
    Sample size and Sampling techniques : The researcher used probability
    sampling methods.
    A total of 347 staff members across the Industrial Park, Hauaxu Textile
    Industry were participated in this study.
    DATA TYPES, SOURCES AND METHODS OF DATA
    COLLECTION

    The data were gathered from both primary and secondary sources.

    In relation to this, the researcher deployed primary data gathered using
    questionnaire.

    Secondary data sources such as; reports, journals and previous studies
    conducted in related topics have also been used.
    Method of Data Analysis

    Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to


    analysis the data.
    Descriptive statistics like tables, frequency, % age and inferential
    statistics like correlations and regression
