INGREDIENTS:

Pisco Egg white Lemon Gum syrup Angostura bitters


PREPARATION
◦ First, add an ounce of Pisco , an egg white, half a lemon and two ounces
of gum syrup.
◦ Next,stir well and serve it.
◦ After that, decorate with a slice of lemon and Angostura bitters to taste.
◦ Finally, I like to decorate it with ground cinnamon.
