Buyer / User Cycle

1. User browses Nokshall Mart and find products to buy

2. Select a product to purchase and proceeds to checkout.

3. Users have variety of secure payment methods

4. After placing the order, user receives a confirmation mail.

5. Customer support will contact the user to double check the order.

6. Order is then processed and dispatched for delivery

7. Finally, the product is delivered to the user’s doorstep.

Functional Requirements
Seller / Admin Cycle

1. As a seller, Nokshall Mart allows the addition and deletion of products from the inventory.
2. When a user places an order, the system tracks the order and its details, including shipping information and
payment status.
3. Once a user makes a payment, Nokshall Mart verifies the payment to ensure its authenticity.
4. Based on the payment verification and stock availability, the order status is either confirmed or cancelled.
5. Nokshall Mart sends order-related updates to the user via email, including the status of the order, expected
delivery dates, and tracking information.
