WHAT IS BREATHING?
 Breathing is the process of oxygen entering the body and being used for energy and carbon
dioxide because brought out.
WHAT PROCESS DOES THE
OXYGEN TAKE TO GET TO
THE LUNGS?
 The Oxygen goes through your nose where it is filtered
and moisturized and then it goes into the pharynx than the
larynx and then goes into the trachea (windpipe) and into
the bronchus and is divided up into bronchioles and than

THE LUNG'S
 The Lungs are an important part of the breathing process they contain air sacks which gas
exchange occurs in them.

 Fun fact you can live with one lung

WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF
OXYGEN RATIO WAS 21?
 If oxygen ratio was more than 21 than there would be more forest fires and larger fire spreads
and also it for humans will cause lung damage and allow no cells to reproduce and would
damage eyesight.
ORGANS INVOLVED IN
BREATHING PROCCESS
 Nasal Cavity
 Trachea
 Lungs
 Bronchus
 Air Sacs
 Pharynx
 Larynx

 What is inhaled in?
SUMMARY
 The breathing Process is an important part of the human body one that keeps us alive and that
teaches more about the structure of us we learnt about how the oxygen travels through the
