    Discounted food at Plaza retained many employees. The food


    was nearly five times cheaper.

    Open meetings every Friday, to help the employees know about


    the status of the company, it’s sales, market share and other
    benefits that the employees will be getting to battle the
    hyperflation.

    These meeting helps Plaza to build the trst amongst its


    employees.
