INNOVATIONS DUE TO
THE INDUSTRIAL
REVOLUTION

I would like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Prem sir for his tremendous support and assistance in the completion
of my project. I would also like to thank our Principal, Mr. John sir, for providing me with this wonderful opportunity to
work on a project with the topic Innovations and Inventions due to Industrial Revolution . The completion of the project
would not have been possible without their help and insights.
It is a heat engine that performs mechanicals work
using steam as its energy source. The steam engine
uses the force produced my steam pressure to push
the pistons back and forth inside a cylinder. In the
16th century, in 1606 Jeronimo de Ayanz y
Beaumont patented his innovation of first steam
powered steam powered water pump for draining
mines. But James Watt was the one too improve
and make the steam engine completely working

The spinning jerry is a multi-spindle spinning frame, and
was one of the key developments in the industrialisation
of textile manufacturing during the early industrial
revolution. It was invented in 1764 by James Hargreaves
in Stanhill, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire in England

The discovery aeroplane was a truing point for human
kind. The first aircraft was made my the wright
brothers in 1903. it was known as the wright flyer.

The diesel engine, named after Rudolf diesel, is an
internal combustion engine in which ignition of fuel is
caused by elevated temperature of air in the cylinder due
to mechanical compression

A cotton gin means “cotton engine”- it is a machine that
quickly and easily separates cotton fibres from their seeds,
enabling much greater productivity than manual cotton
separation

Telegraph, any device or system that allows
the transmission of information by coded signal over
distance. Many telegraphic systems have been used
over the centuries, but the term is most often
understood to refer to the electric telegraph

The power loom was invented my Edmund Cartwright in
1786 and the first was built the same year .
Power loom is mechanised loom. It was one of the key
inventions in the field of weaving in the industrial
revolution .

THE POWER LOOM

It was one of the key developments if industrialization
of weaving during the early industrial revolution. It
allowed a single weaver to weave much wider fabrics,
and it could be mechanized, allowing for the automatic
