1. Registration Date : 17 January– 30 January 2022

2. Technical Meeting : 31 January 2022

3. Video Submission : 1 February – 11 February 2022

4. Announcement for Final : 13 February 2022

Competition Sequence
The competition has 2 (two) sets of rounds:
1. Preliminary Round
All participants should upload their storytelling video to YouTube platform then send the

link to committee via email: storytellingpatradharma@gmail.com .

2. Final Round
In this round, only 5 (five) top finalists that will be chosen to do a live performance in front
of the judges. Final round will be done on 18 February 2022 @14.00 WITA.
General Rules
1. Preliminary Round
In this round all participants should:

• Not read during the performance


• Upload to YouTube & use the following format
COMPLETE NAME (SCHOOL)-StorytellingHUTPatraDharma
• Send the link of the YouTube video to the committee via email:
storytellingpatradharma@gmail.com
• Submit the link of the video, the deadline is 11 February 2022 at 08.00 pm
General Rules
2. Final Round
In this round all five finalist should:

• Each finalist should choose one of the stories provided by the committee.
• In the final round, each finalist will present their story via zoom.
• The time given to the finalist is 7 (seven) minutes max.
• After that, there will be a Q and A session delivered by one of the judges to each finalist. Please
check all the equipment needed for the zoom presentation, this includes:
PC/laptop/handphone/headset/mic/ring light, etc.

In this round all five finalist should:

If there are technical difficulties (such as any errors in microphones/speakers or troubled


internet connection) or should any problems arise during the performance of the
finalists, to which is no fault of the finalists, then the committee might allow a restart with
the discretion of the committee with the approval of the judges.
