negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone
else.

WHAT'S THE DEFINITION OF

CYBERBULLYING?
 The impact of cyberbullying is the same as any other
form of bullying, affecting self-esteem and self-
confidence and in severe cases leading to mental health
issues with potential consequences of self-harm and
suicide.

CAN CYBERBULLYING AFFECT ANYONE?

 It also can increase feelings of worry and
isolation. Cyberbullying also can erode self-
confidence and feelings of self-worth, which can
contribute to depression and anxiety.

WHY CYBERBULLYING CAN CAUSE DEPRESSION?

 Sends you negative, insulting or even threatening
emails, Facebook messages, tweets, DMs or other
messages online. Uses sites like Facebook, Twitter,
foursquare and others to keep constant tabs on you. Puts
you down in their status updates. Sends you unwanted,
explicit pictures and demands you send some in return.
