    APPARATUS AND MATERIALS
     1 potato
     1 transparent container (Example: Bowl, food container or basin)
     1 cup of salt
     1 spoon
     Water
    STEPS
    1. Place the potato and one spoonful of salt in the water
    2. Stir to dissolve all the salt.
    3. Add more salt and stir until the potato floats.
