EQUAL. FOR INSTANCE, SLIGHT
ADJUSTMENT IN STEERING
GEOMETRY WILL CAUSE FASTER
WEAR OF FRONT TYRES WHEREAS
REAR TYRE WILL WEAR DUE TO
EXCESSIVE & SEVERE BRAKING.
• TO INCREASE TYRE LIFE TYRE
POSITION SHOULD BE CHANGED AT
EACH SERVIC OR IN SSB VEH TYRE
ROTATION CARRY OUT EACH 4000
KM NYLON TYRE & 3200 KM
NORMAL RUBBER TYRE .

TYRES
• IN CASE THE VHECILE IS NOT TO BE
USED FOF SHORT TIME THEN ALL
THE WHEELS SHOULD BE JACKED
UP, & PRESSURE REDUCED .IN CASE
VEH IS NOT TO BE USED FOR A
LONG TIME THEN ALL THE TYRES
SHOULD BE REMOVED & STORED
AT A DARK ,COOL PLACE AWAY
FROM ,DUST AND SUN .
CARE & MAINTENANCE OF
TUBE
• TUBE IS ALSO OF THE VITAL PARTS OF
TYRE ASSEMBLY & REQUIRE EQUAL
CAER . TUBE SHOULD BE STRONG
ENOUGH TO RETAIN AIR PRESSURE , IN
CASE IT HAS AGED & ALLOW SLOW
LEAK OF AIR PRESSURE THEN YOU ARE
LIKELE TO LOSE THE TYRE WHICH IS
VERY COSTLY TO RE PLACE AS
COMPARED TO REPLACING THE TUBE .
• AS SUCH TUBE SHOULD BE
CHANGED WHEN IT IS NOT RE
TAINING PRESSURE OR HAS BEEN
VULCANIZED
PRECAUTIONS
• 1) ALWAYS USE NEW TUBE WITH NEW
TYRE
• 2) EVER PULL OUT TUBE FROM THE
TYRE BY HOLDING IT BY VALVE
BODY.
• 3) ALWAYS USE FRENCE CHALK
WHEN THE TUBE IS PLACED IN THE
TYRE.
• 4) Change the valve ion the tube in case it
shows slight leakage.
• 5) Always put cap on the valve body to
protect it from dust .
• 6) Checking air pressure should be in the
morning .with a reliable pressure gauge .
• 7) Always you correct size of the tube for
a tyre.
• 8) If the size of tube ,large like ballooned.
the area making the tube fold inside .
When mounted in the tyre.
• 9) Make sure that both tyres and tube are
clean when mounted .
