Synopsis of the Play
There was a girl named Roselle. She has been a
consistent honor student since her elementary days. As an
honor student, she is always pressured especially in her
studies. One day at school, their teacher gives them tasks to
do. This makes Roselle think a lot because their other teacher
gives them some tasks too and all of the deadlines of the
following tasks are on the following days. As she arrives at
home, Roselle is panicking. She doesn't know what to do first
and keeps thinking if she can pass all of the given tasks on
time
In the play, you can notice that the
main character is concerned about her
academics. As she has been a consistent
honor student, she always give her best in all
of her works and tasks. But sometimes, she is
panicking and stressed especially when she
have a lot of works and needed to be
submitted as soon as possible.
Roselle in the play is stressed for
having a lot of school work and
performance tasks. Nowadays, learners
(honor students or not) have experienced
this concern. As we are thinking about
deadlines and schoolwork, sometimes, we
don't notice that we experienced stress due
to this.
Most of the time, stress occurs in
this situation as we tend to mismanage
our time or overthink about things. If we
don't know how to cope up with stress,
we might experience depression,
anxiety, and the worst, it may lead for us
to think to do suicide.
How to cope up with
stress?
What should I do when I am facing this
situation?
Identify the causes of
your stress
Stress are caused by many reasons. In order
to cope up with this effectively, we must know its
reasons. We must know its causes for us to know
what are the things we must prevent and the like.
Think positively
Stress occurs when we are thinking
negatively and viewing things negatively. In
order to deal with this, we must think
positively and always remember that every
problem has a solution.

Always remember: POSITIVE THINKING, LESS

STRESS
Manage your time.
As a Senior High School student, we always
have a lot of schoolworks to do. In order to lessen the
stress that we might experience, we must manage our
time well. We must plan out our everyday activities
to manage our time well and to have a more
manageable tasks.

Always remember that time is gold. So, manage it well and use it
well for a productive and meaningful living .
Manage your tasks
Senior High School students are always loaded
with schoolworks. To lessen the stress, we should
manage our task and break down these big and hard
tasks into simpler and easier ones.

Always remember to take all your tasks simple to lessen stress.

Have a healthy lifestyle
Doing exercise makes our body physically fit.
Moving your body on a daily basis helps to regulate
the nervous system and enhance blood circulation,
which aids in the removal of stress hormones. Also, it
helps in lifting the mood to prevent stress.
Food matters the most too as it affects our self
physically and mentally. Always remember to eat
healthy food to keep ourselves well nourished
Have some rest
Overthinking makes us tired and uses a
lot of energy. The same way goes to stress.
Always remember to have enough rest - have
enough sleep, have time to meditate, and take
some deep breath.
Open up to other people
As teenagers, we have a lot of friends to
lean on. Also, we have can talk to our family,
our teachers, and to people experiencing the
same way as we experience. So, always
remember to speak to them when you are
stressed to make you feel comfortable and
stressed-free.
Seek medical help
Last but not the least, in order to deal
with stress, we must seek medical help too. We
might need a therapy for the stress that we
experienced. Always remember to seek help
from others to lessen the stress and the burden
that we may feel.
