Why Eye Fitness Center?

• Eyesight is one of the most important senses of the human beings. 80% of what
we perceive comes from our sense of sight. Eyes are very vital part of human
body and taking care of their health is as important as taking care of the body.

• In the current time, there is a growing need ophthalmologists and opticians due
to the growing mode of virtual or online platform. Also their has been a huge
jump in the cases of myopia, hypermetropia and presbyopia during the previous
years.

• Thus, the analysis of the situation and the current situation leads us to the
startup plan of opening up of an eye fitness center.
About The Business

• The Eye Fitness Center is a place where we offer you a variety of Eye
exercises, eye exercise charts, workouts and explanatory material with
suggested eye exercise routines for you to follow.

• We also offer consultation from our specialised ophthalmologist, who also

monitors you progress as well.

• The Business aims to provide a full Eye exercise package with everything a
customer needs and the estimated fees to charged has been fixed at Rupees
1500/month for a single person and Rupees 500 extra for doctor’s
consultation.

• We will need an eye specialist also known as ophthalmologist along with

a receptionist who will look at the progress of the customers and the
accounts and appointments of the business respectively.

• We will also need two instructors who will guide and assist the customers
and who will most importantly deliver the services to the customers.

• We will also need a manager who will look at the needs and requirements
of the firm along with the strategies and plans to be made and modified
for the smooth functioning of the business.
Estimated Cost

• The estimated cost of the startup will be around rupees 10 lakhs.

We will not purchase the property for the startup instead we will
take it on rent first and as the business will grow we will look to
expand our operations further.
