SCHOOL RECORDS Transferee ( form 137) NSO/PSA Kadtong mga estudyante na walay NSO/PSA, among ipatawag ang parents next week to sign an undertakings. ABSENCES Attendance will be checked every subject. If the student will absent: a. inform the teachers through excuse letter signed by the parents b. inform the teachers thru chat messages but excuse letter with parents signature to follow.
