2004 年 6 月，在 运城市 经济技 术开 发区投 资建设 大运重 卡
生产基地，项目于 2009 年 10 月 26 日正式投产，该项目改变了

果。 2009 年 3 月 ， 成 功 收 购 四 川 银 河 汽 车 集 团 有 限 公 司 ，
组建成都 大 运 汽 车 集 团 有 限 公 司 ， 2010 年 7 月 ， 成 立 湖 北 大
运汽车有限 公 司，形成三地优势互补 的卡车产业布 局。
S ince 1999, G uangzhou D ayang and D ayun M otorcycle P roduction Base
w ere established with an annual output of m ore than 1.5 million sets of
“D ayang” and “D ayun” motorcycles and more than 2 billion sets of engines.
The products are sold all around the country and other countries in Asia,

brand im age, “Dayun” m otorcycle w on the exclusive motorcycle supplier
qualification for 2008 B eijing O lym pic G ames and the P aralympic G ames.
In June 2004, the G roup invested to build Dayun heavy truck production
project in Yuncheng Airport N ew Area. The project w as officially put into
operation on O ctober 26, 2009, which has changed the industry history of a
prefecture-level city and becomes an im portant achievem ent for leaping
developm ent of Shanxi for econom ic transformation. In March 2009, the
G roup successful acquired S ichuan G alaxy A utomotive G roup C o., Ltd. and
established Chengdu D ayun A utomobile G roup Co., Ltd. In January 2010,
Hubei D ayun A utomobile C o., Ltd. w as established, thus forming the truck
industry layout of the G roup in three places w ith complem entary advantages.

Dayun Group Co., Ltd. (formally known as Shanxi Tongda (Group) Co., Ltd.)
was established in 1987 in Yuncheng Economic and Technological Development
Zone of Shanxi. It is a large private enterprise group for cross-regional,
cross-in- dustrial and diversified development which integrates the R&D,
manufacturing, sales and service of automobiles and motorcycles,
international trading, logistics distribution and engineering construction in one. It
is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China and one of the top 100
private enterprises of Shanxi. The group currently has more than 12,000
employees and the total assets amounting to RMB 20 billion. It has four
production bases in Yuncheng, Chengdu, Shiyan and Guangzhou and its
products are sold all around China and more than 180 countries and regions

Chengdu Dayun Automobile Group Co., Ltd. In January 2010, the Group
established Hubei Dayun Automobile Co., Ltd., thus forming the truck
industry layout of the Group in three places with complementary advantages.
The enterprise attaches great importance to the independent innovation and
has developed the technical innovation strategic deployment of “one genera-
tion for production, one generation for R&D and one generation for storage”. It
has developed fuel and gas trucks, new energy trucks, buses and passenger

冲压车间
STAMPING WORKSHOP

大运新能源冲压车间建筑面积达 2.2 万平米，包含了冲压
车 间和零部件存放区两大区域，共设计 3 条冲压生产线，承担
着模具 清洗、模具调试、模具存放等任务。
为实现较高产能及产品质量，大运新能源采用了大型全伺
服 自动冲压生产线；此线共由五台压机组成，呈现产速快，集
成度 高、灵活性强等特点，达到 100% 自动化生产；全伺服冲
压生产线 采取整线封闭运行，车间生产噪音低于 85db ，它能
根据生产要求 5 分钟内自动换模，平均一分钟可生产 12 个零
部件，大大缩短了模 具和端拾器的更换时间，从而提升冲压车
间的经济效益。
零部件存放区域，冲压成型的零部件储存量可达 800 套，
间 接为焊接车间的生产工艺提供了效率保障。

production line adopts the whole line closed operation, the workshop
production noise is lower than 85DB, it can automatically change the
mold within 5 minutes according to the production requirements, the
average one minute can produce 12 parts, greatly reducing the mold
and end pick up the replacement time, so as to improve the economic
benefits of stamping workshop.
In the parts storage area, the stock of stamping parts can reach 800
sets, which indirectly provides the efficiency guarantee for the
production process of welding workshop.

WELDING WORKSHOP
大运新能源焊装车间占地面积 3.7 万平米，车间布局与
车 身结构一一对应，分为四门两盖焊接区，前后地板和机舱焊
接 区，四门两盖生产区。共投入使用 300 余台焊装机器人，
可进行 自动涂胶、搬运和自动滚边工作，大幅度提升了生产效
率和车身 制造能力。
焊装车间的生产线主要包括主车身线、左右侧围线及地板
线，其中主车身线分为 1 线、 2 线，以主拼工位和在线测量区
为 主，两线通过空中滚床输送进行连接生产。
车间整线实现机器人自动焊接、自动搬运，为产品能效提
升、人机协作优化、智能制造技术等方面提供了强有力的支撑，
保障大运新能源车间产能的不断攀升。
