I think the best management method is Theory Y, because Theory Y reveals that the family of
employees who work at a company enjoy their work, are motivated, creative, proud of good
work results, work fully with responsibility and are happy to accept challenges. With such
assumptions and assumptions, management will use a participatory management style

The writer is clearly against Theory X. Are there any situations where you think Theory X
might positive outcomes?
In motivating employees of type Theory X, management will use an approach that is rewarding
employees with good performance and punishing those with poor performance.

Have you worked for managers with different sty of leadership? If so, do their styles match

I left my last job because the managers were very authoritarian. They used to (1)
coerce us into doing extra work at weekends. They also (2) threaten us with
dismissal if they felt we weren't performing at work. Personally, I do not respond
well to people with such a negative (3) attitudes. I'm much more productive if I'm
