Concert
 Event description
We are arranging a concert as roots IVY asked us to create this event we are
responsible to ensure a successful event in which target audience must enjoy
more than they thought.
 Sustainability of Concert
• The concert was fully entertained everyone enjoyed a lot the success of
the project was even more that we thought. Only one defect was that
singer arrived one hour late that was the stage of reluctance but when he
came he entertained much that audience forget that defect.
Audience was more than we thought so it was also difficult to mange such a
huge amount of audience but due to our best management skills of our team
we had managed them and no disturbance appear during the whole function
 Conclusions
• As our event was a great success. The title, venue, date of the event and
artists were perfect. The response of the audience was very energetic and
after the concert their reviews were very meaningful. Our audience
enjoyed the acoustic quality of music. It felt like the live music devitated
from studio versions as well as the effect of music on the crowd.
