1-Project Introduction

The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate ENERVO


Group’s capabilities by describing the project execution plan
and methodology for the main works package of FALCON
ISLAND FEVELOPMENT- iNFRA-STRUCTU, and to highlight
the capacity of Enervo Group of providing excellent and
reliable execution of works to meet the project goals within the
agreed time and budget.

This presentation thoroughly explains the stages of


mobilization and handover, from start to finish, using a
methodical and logically accurate approach, while maintaining
the highest possible quality and safety requirements.

The Technical Proposal is based on the drawings,


specifications and other information/details received during
the tender stage.

03-Project Location, Condition and Existing Photos .
The project located in plots (north & south) on Falcon island at
Ras Al Khaimah Emirate with total plot area of 222,872 SQM.
within the context of communal areas in RAK City.
The field work completed on 22nd March 2022, one hundred
forty-four (144) boreholes have been drilled up to the depths
between 8m to 30m from the EGL, ground water was
encountered between 3.40m to 3.95m depth below the EGL.

The scope of work is consisting of Execution, Construction, Completion for Main Works of AL YASMINA BROOK SCHOOL EXPANSION -
PHASE 2 contains the following Buildings: (Innovation Cluster(G+1), Primary Cluster(G+1), secondary Cluster(G+1), Admin and Performance
Art Building (G+1), Sports Facility(G+1), Guard Houses (3 nos.) and Chiller plant, Landscape Work , Parking Areas , Outdoor Playgrounds and
swimming Pools .

At Phase 1 Scope of work will include: demolishing of the Existing Road , Swimming pool and Multipurpose Building .
