PENGERTIAN

Suatu bagian suatu bagian dari mekanisme tubuh untuk melakukan


perlindungan agar tubuh terhindar dari kerusakan yang lebih parah,
dan kembali pulih apabila melakukan istirahat (Tarwaka, 2014).

Kondisi yang menunjukkan keadaan tubuh baik fisik maupun mental


yang semuanya berakibat pada penurunan daya kerja serta ketahan
tubuh (SUMA’MUR, 2014).

GEJALA
- Mengantuk (termasuk tertidur secara tidak sengaja saat bekerja
atau microsleeps)
- Cepat marah
- Depresi
- Pusing
- Hilangnya nafsu makan
- Timbulnya masalah pencernaan
- Rentan terhadap penyakit.
