CRIMES OPERATIONS • Issuance of Special Order as Special
Deputized Environment and Natural
Resources Officer
• Composed of IPs and NGP Beneficiaries who
have been oriented and trained on the
different environmental laws
• Serves as informants and intelligence on the
violations of environmental laws in their
respective communities
• Reports to the CENRO QRT on any detection
of violations of environmental laws

• Created through Special Order to be signed by
RDs
• DENR shall be the Team Leader and composed
of EMB, MGB and CENRO Personnel
• Shall closely coordinate with the Municipal
QRT for its logistics and security supports
• Shall be the operatives of the CENRO in the
enforcement of Environmental Laws
(apprehension and filing of cases)
• Submit report to the Regional AECTF thru
Provincial AECTF copy furnished the
Municipal QRT

• Shall be organized through the issuance of
Executive Order by the Municipal/City Mayor
• Composed of PNP, AFP, PCG, NCIP, DILG and
LGU
• Shall support the CENRO QRT in its operations
in terms of logistics, personnel and security

• Mostly Provincial Heads of the National
Government Offices such as PNP, NBI, Phil
Coast Guard, NCIP, DILG, AFP including the
Chief Executive of the Province, chaired by
PENRO
• Organized through MOA
• Monitor and supervise the operations of the
Municipal QRT and CENRO QRT
• Provide logistic support to Municipal and
CENRO QRTs
• Recommends to the Regional AECTF solutions
to the gaps encountered on the ground

CRIMES OPERATIONS • Mostly Regional Head of Offices, chaired by
DENR RD
• Organized through MOA
• Awareness / knowledge inclusion of AECTF as
part of the concern and priorities
• Downloading of priority actions to the
Provincial and Municipal Offices
• Analysis action taken by QRTs in the Municipal
and Provincial level and recommend programs
and priority actions to address gaps
• The DENR Regional Office Enforcement
Division will serve as Secretariat and
Coordinator
