Summary

The drive test has been performed for Salang provincial office to identify the main issue

 Provincial office which is located right at the bottom of the mountain and the site location is on top of the mountain
which is totally not visible from the area

 Mechanical tilt adjuster clamp is not installed in GSM it requires to be install.

 Improvement observed in 2G RX level due to swap sectors between 1 & 2 now its cleared. snaps are for pre and
post

 Slightly improvement observed in RSCP as much as possibilities after electrical tilt modification (WPN0382) from 4
to 6 degrees

Recommendations:

 Mechanical tilt adjuster clamp is required. For trial if get any positive result for now


