 Project information
It is an entertainment center for children and more, that include : arts, music, drawing and yoga. It
aims to spread the culture of yoga, the art of yoga, as well as the spiritual aspect.
It provides a nurturing environment for talented and creative people to use their skills and abilities.
It also aims to enhance awareness of yoga culture and its importance in society.
Except for the option of yoga, sports and meditation trends do not remain.
 Why this project?
-There are no yoga centers in Aqaba, and many of them in Jordan were not designed to be a modern
yoga center.
- Developing activities through which the culture of society can be increased with the science of yoga.
-- Spreading the culture of yoga, arts, and creative activities.
- Teaching some skills such as drawing, dancing, swimming, photography and music.
- Increasing artistic cultural awareness.
- There is ignorance and lack of awareness of the importance of yoga and its impact on people
suffering from psychological disorders.
 Project goals
-Developing children’s teaching and learning skills.
-Providing opportunities for fans of arts, and music to keep pace with development through the works
it displays.
- Providing the opportunity for children, adults, and even the elderly to learn yoga.
- Providing job opportunities for graduates.
- Working to raise awareness of the culture of art and yoga.
 History of the project
Yoga: It is a set of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines that
originated in ancient India. Yoga is one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu
philosophy.
Yoga Institute (1918):
in Mumbai It is the oldest yoga center ، it includes various sessions, the most
prominent of which are: Yoga for containment and self-embracing,Yoga and
Meditation Connecting to the Self.
Jimam Studio (2000):
It`s in Dubai In addition to yoga, the center offers a range of sports programs,
including :Resistance exercises ,Exercise methods rely on weight and gravity to
achieve a fitness goal. And it include body massages.
Yoga Home (2019):
It`s in Amman in Jordan .It serves age groups of children and Younger people. It
offers several educational and entertainment programs, including intellectual arts,
plastic arts, musical art and yoga sessions.
Art: is a diverse group of human sciences in the creation of visual, audio, or
performance (kinetic) works, as they relate to personal composition ideas, concepts,
or artistic skill. The three classical branches of the arts are painting, sculpture, and
architecture. Music, theatre, film and dance are included.
Dar al-Funun in Tehran (1851):
It was the first institution for higher education in the arts in its contemporary form in
Persia.
In 1980, a Department of Fine Arts was established at Yarmouk University. It was the
first department in Jordan for higher education, in which four arts were taught: Fine
Arts (photography and drawing, sculpture and ceramics).
Dar Al Funun )1993(:
is one of the most prominent cultural landmarks in the city of Amman. It is located in
Jabal Lweibdeh. Dar al-Funun is an artistic house founded by the Abdul Hameed
Shoman Foundation.
Creative Art Center (2016):
A visionary idea aiming to provide the art oriented community in Amman with a
comprehensive Art center providing specialized art classes and workshops in addition to
art spaces equipment and facilities.
