Reflection
Overall, this meeting went well. When reflecting on how we can approve
next time, I would like to improve our time management. Even though the
agenda we keep has a clearly defined amount of time for each of the topics
we are going to cover, we can often get caught up on one section leaving
less time for others. According to the article “Keeping the Group on Track:
Preventative Measures” (n.d.), it is suggested that leaders keep a parking
lot and stick tight to the amount of allotted time on the agenda. Any
additional thoughts or comments will be placed on the parking lot and will
be revisited at a later time.
