My Success teamwork story

  Teacher Sonam formed teams in class.
 Selected leaders for each team.
 Members of my team.
STORY  Decided to organize activities for 10th-grade students.
 Permission granted for two Fridays.
 Planned six diverse activities based on our skills.
  1. When the incident/event/situation happened?
Ans:- few weeks back in the month of December.

Ans:- As that was a group event, every group members had to

to the team?
Ans:- we were six members in our team , and everyone showcased
their skills in which they’re good at.
 4.In what ways did people contribute to the team effort? What
unique skills did individual team members bring to the table?
Ans :- As a team leader I gave the introduction of our team , and
information about what we’ll going to conduct and Gave them talk
On goal setting.
Jyalan showcase his talent in mime, while Naziya, skilled in acting,
conducted a charades activity where participants had to guess
actions without words.
Sneha organized entertaining activities, including a potluck party,
while Gaurang, skilled in wellness, conducted a successful health
program.
Sohail wrapped up our events with a sports day, featuring a penalty
shootout for both girls and boys.
 5. Were there internal team conflicts? How were the conflicts
resolved?
Ans:- yes! Small disagreement was happened between team
members that which activity we had to conduct first.

We ask this question to students that which activity they need first
(indoor/ outdoor)

6. What lessons did you personally learn from being part of this
successful team collaboration?
Ans :- As a leader you have to look in which field your team members
are good at , and give them work in which they have more interest.

Don’t show the attitude having leadership.

 7. If you face a similar situation in the future, how would you
incorporate the lessons learnt.
Ans :- pre plan the event.
