Research

collection of data; documentation of
critical information; and analysis and
interpretation of that data/information, in
accordance with suitable methodologies
set by specific professional fields and
academic disciplines (Hampshire, 2019)
Research – Language Formation

number of syllables made – up of some terms
reflecting the inherent characteristics of research are
the following:

2. Types and Forms of Questions
Research has to ask questions that describe,
show relationships, and give reasons behind
the occurrence of something. Informative
questions rather than yes – or – no questions
are the appropriate questions to ask in
research.
4. Formulation of Hypotheses
Making hypotheses is staging of a research. It is a
sign of occurrence of a scientific or investigative
method. Hence, these are the important terms: null
hypotheses for guessing negative results of the
research and alternative hypotheses for positive
results.
5. Data
These are facts, information, or logically derived
forms of knowledge. Qualitative data are verbally
and subjectively expressed; quantitative data, if
they are numerically and objectively expressed.
