Whisk till smooth • Step 2: Add half cup/75 grams of sugar powder and whisk till 5 minutes. • Step 3: Add ½ TSP Vanilla/optional essence and whisk till gets fluffy. • Step 4: Keep a strainer on the bowl and put 1 Cup/150 Gram All-purpose flour. • Step 5: Then put ¼ cup/40-gram Cocoa powder on the strainer. • Step 6: Then add 1tbsp/10-gram corn starch on the strainer. • Step 7: Add ½ TSP baking powder on the strainer too. • Step 8: Strain everything nicely.
• Step 9: Then add a pinch of salt at last. • Step 10: Mix it all together by adding 1-2 spoons of milk. Mix it for 3-4 minutes. • Step 11: Then add 2 Tbsp choco-chips.(half of the total choco chips)and mix it thoroughly altogether. • Step 12: Place it in the refrigerator for over 15-20 minutes. • Step 13: Till than it is cooling down, take a baking tray and grease it with oil. • Step 14: Place a butter paper of the size of the tray and place it on the tray. Grease it too. • Step 15: After over 15-20 minutes, take out the cold dough out of the refrigerator. Recipe:
• Step 16: Take an Ice Cream scoop and make 12
equal balls of the dough out of it (make lemon sized balls). • Step 17: Press them a little to get the shape of the cookie. • Step 18: Place them leaving equal space to let them bake equally (if correct space maintained, 6 cookies will come in 1 batch). • Step 19: Before putting it into the oven, garnish them with the rest of the choco chips and press them a little so that they set with the dough. • Step 20: Preheat the oven for about 5 minutes in 120* Celsius. • Step 21: Then put the cookies inside the oven and bake it for 15 minutes on the temperature of 180* Celsius. Leave it inside the oven for about 10 minutes. • Step 23: After you take it out, put the second batch inside the oven.
