THE BEGINNING AND THE HISTORY
History
Plastic is a rising problem. To solve it, plastic recycle
is a great solution. Also it has a great market as there
are huge usage of plastics. Our company established
in 2010 and aim towards recycling plastics and have a
safer environment. It started with only a single and
now we have more than one thousand people to work
in our company.

PROCESS
 Raw materials are brought from
Jamalpur, Islambagh etc. which is
basically scrape plastic.

 The raw materials get delivered

by organization’s own vehicle.

PLACE – JAMALPUR, ISLAMABAGH

Scrape plastic is separated by color.

Each color plastic goes to cutter machine

separately and cutted into one inch size.
Then it goes to hydrolic machine and
washed with chemical and powder soda.

Then it goes to a water house. Then its
dryed in a dryer machine and stored in bags.
Production
Its is then taken to granuel room and
scattered for 1 day to remove
wetness.

Goes to cutter machine again. Then goes to

mixture machine to hit it up for 25 mins and
mixed with color and oil. Then it is taken to
granule machine and the plastic comes out
as a rope. taken to water house again to cool
it up. Then it is packed in 25kg bags.
