STEP 1: Establish the vision: Develop a vision for

1. Begin with and end in mind through the staff
receptively. With goal to initiate. Deliver and
extended the guidance program, endorsement
of support by the administrator is vital.

2. Development Needs of the Clients. The


program must be reflective of addressing the
needs for total development/enhancement of
the clients.
3. Objectives of the program and coordination of
functions must be clearly defined. The planning
together with the staff and the execution of
activities must always be properly coordinated.

4. Leadership, personal commitment, and


inservice training must be obviously considered.
5. Use of community resources- guidance
program should use available sources coming
from the place/school or community.

6. Evaluation must always be a part of every


effective program. Gathering feedback will be
help to improve the program.
