 Mathematics is a unique subject,
which encourages the acquisition
of specialized science skills and
knowledge, which explains the
natural phenomena of life in
society. It has been proposed that
the development of ICT has become
a vital issue to meet the needs of
the education system (Chao, 2015).
ICT is a tool that supports the
learning process and holds the
promise of new solutions to all the
challenges that education is facing.
In this regard, Tagurarit
Elementary School has created a
SLAC wherein the teachers were be
able to equipped with the
knowledge of ICT integration in
teaching Mathematics. This was

risks brought about by disasters
and other natural calamities
Tagurarit Elementary School will
implement Blended Learning
from April 08,2024 to May
17,2024 given the prevailing
summer season that affects the
conduciveness of majority of our
classrooms.

As a part of our community partnership with our
stakeholders, the staff of Tagurarit Elementary School
headed by our Principal Madam MARY JOY I. VIERNES,
members of the Camangaan West Barangay Officials
headed by our Punong Barangay Hon. BONY L.
NATIVIDAD, together they joined force to held a meeting
and discussed the activities of the forthcoming
Community Festival 2024 on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

 Our learners was catered with varied
reading activities every Friday to
enhance their reading skills and
develop reading habit.

sound to form words.

Flashcards were scattered

around the floor while
learners looked for the
word dictated by the
teacher.

Kindergarten learners reads

syllables.

Learners formed sentences

by arranging the scattered set
of flashcards on the floor.
Writing short story with
picture.

 Project All Numerates (PAN)
is undertaken every
school year in all public
schools in Region III to
monitor numeracy skills
acquired by all learners
from grades 1 to 7 and
develop instructional
strategies and
intervention approaches
Project All Numerates to develop and improve
(PAN) learners’ level of
numeracy. In view of this,
Tagurarit ES conducted
the PAN Post test on April
23, 2024.

School-based Feeding Program (SBFP)-Milk Feeding
Program Component was distributed to our SBFP
beneficiaries. This contributes to the improvement of
nutritional status, classroom attendance and school
performance of target beneficiaries.

Our school joins the
barangay council in
celebrating the barangay
festival and thanksgiving
on April 26-27, 2024. The
first day conducted “Fun
Run”.

Barangay night was

conducted on second day,
April 27, 2024.
