To operate all the projects in a safe ,


efficient manner & in compliance with all
the applicable Health, Safety, Security &
Environmental regulation.

HSE PROGRAM
Our HSE program demands each and every employee to
work towards establishing a safe working culture. The
several aspects of the program are executed as follows:

HSE Induction Training is provided to all


the employees and their roles &
responsibilities are clearly explained.
SAFETY Handbook & Training Passport
is provided to all employees to record and
monitor the employee HSE Training
status.
SAFETY INDUCTION
 Safety induction add so much value to an
organisation as it provides the newly
employed staff An overview of the safety
precaution within the premises are from
the onset.
 It get them familiar with the company
layout, the operating procedures of the
company as well as where to get
assistance in case the need arises.

Safety induction is the best first step towards


maintaining a Good Safety Culture in the organization.
TOOLBOX TALK

 Safety Talk / Tool Box Talk is conducted


on various HSE topics by the Site
Supervisors to educate and enhance HSE
Awareness to the Employees.
 To brief employees about the hazards
involved in the jobs and Safe Procedures /
Practices to be followed.

Visual class room training modules are designed according to job specific

Third Party Competency Certification Training for Crane, Boom Truck, Bob
Cat, Fork Lift Operators, Rigger, Rigging Supervisors, and Scaffolders, etc.
KNPC TRAINING
Training for Confined Space Entrant, Attendant, Fire Watch
and Work Permit Executor was done by KNPC.
HSE MONITORING
In addition to the daily site HSE surveillance / inspection, specific audits are
conducted by the Supervisors, Engineers & Contractor Representative to
ensure strict compliance of KNPC Safe Work Practices.
