The Guidance and Counseling Office conducted/facilitated a free-seminar held on

November 14, 2008 at GCIC-AVR. There were 43 schools and 64 participants who
attended the said event.

The success of the said event was not possible without the strong
teamwork of everyone involved. It was a long month of preparation;
these were my task, to wit;

1. Prepared the listing of possible participants to send out

communication

2. Created a PowerPoint presentation

3. In-charged with the logistic need with the cooperation

of MIS and GSO

4. Follow-up participants

5. Prepared printing materials needed for the event (eg.

Nametags, registration forms, cut-out letters, etc…)

6. Prepared seminar kit

7. Coordinated with the speaker for her presentation and

others

8. Documented the event.

November 20, 2008 – submitted the documentation of the said

event
