MENTAL FITNESS It is the ability of an individual to cope with the common problems he/she will encounter in everyday living.

SOCIAL FITNESS It is the ability of an individual to interact with different types of people with interest and concern for others.

SPIRITUAL FITNESS It is the ability of an individual to be close to God through deep faithfulness and prayers.
