Sanders Class Shared Reading

This week we read Roosters Off to See the World by Eric Carle. We discussed the characters, setting, problems, and solutions in this story. We made a story map to show the story elements. We also read stories such as Zug the Bug and Jen the Hen. We were able to make lots of CVC words with the vowels u and e. We also revisited the story Sherman Shoots and talked about the shsound.
