[IMBABA PROGRAM TEAM FORMULATION]


This post is intended for the selection of Imbaba team members and also clarification of Program working policy as well as working manual.

Prerequisites qualifications: 1. A member must adhere of his/her participation under the following terms, a. Each member is supposed to work on average of 12-18 hrs/week. b. Working days are 6 days a week; a day-off will be settled for each member upon his/her preferences. c. Meetings and all physical activities that requires members physical participation will be announced at least 6 days before. d. In case of urgencies (e.g. study and/or private matters) a member shall notify Imbaba Program leader with at least 2 weeks before the event in case of study matters and pre-settled condition that might or will permit a member from performing on the terms indicated within this document. 2. A member must be willing to perform field visits on a different occasions; 1-4 times a month regularly, some changes are expected; any changes on the field visits agenda will be announced at least 1 week before field visit. 3. Members must be familiar with IT solutions intended to be used during ImP operations, these solutions are: a. Gmail UI (Member shall know about Gmail interface and also familiar with varied tools available such as: i. Google Drive ii. Calendar b. Online communication (A member must be familiar with one of the following services at least! i. Yahoo messenger ii. Google Talk iii. Skype (Must) iv. Facebook c. PODIO (Online solution for Project Management System) this will be intended for most and/or all activities performed within Imbaba Program, the following functions will be used: i. Tasks ii. Deliverables iii. Documents iv. Working Guide and Tutorial* A complete set of tutorials (Documents, Videos, etc.) to assure that each member fully understands all kinds of operations. WARNING: A member will be excluded from Imbaba Program automatically if he or she did one of the following:

1. Did not show regular responsiveness (3 delayed responses) toward given tasks, meetings or any other activity announced to all members. 2. If a member didnt apply working flow explained within Program documentation. Each member will have a complete set of materials explaining all kinds of activities within Imbaba Program.
