Story Learning
Kia Ora/ As salamu alaykum Paskelle, I was in class in the morning during free play activities and I saw you Paskelle at technology corner engrossed in the computer desk, pressing the keyboard with fascination. Then Zahra and Aziza came and stood next to you, and you seemed to be interacting with Aziza and Zahra. I then approached you and heard you speaking with them nicely, "I am sister, you are mother and you are sister" as you pointed your finger at Aziza and Zahra. Zahra then answered "yes, I want to be sister, so two sisters." and you replied, "yes, two sisters".

Then you continued back pressing the keyboard as if you were typing something. Zahra then asked for your permission to borrow the computer from you and you gave to Zahra with generosity. You then sat nicely next to Aziza. It seems you communicate and join in with your classmates who are older than you well. Paskelle, congratulations! You have a very good self-confidence when you're among friends.

Recognizing the learning

The strand of well being is clearly shown with the disposition of trust and playfulness when Paskelle was being involved in activities and role playing with friends. Other than that, the strand of communication is also evident when you confidently express a point of view during your role play, initiated the play by starting the conversation with Zahra as your sister and Aziza as your mother.

What next?
Considering your high level of self-confidence, we will provide you activities that can give you more opportunities to mix around and interact with your friends who are older than you. This is good to improve your maturity and enrich your vocabularies.
