popcorn kernels, grape seed oil, garlic, shallots, sour cream, lemons, chipotle peppers,
mayonnaise and olive oil.

(R) 3 Potato salad w/ buttermilk dressing and crisp tasso.

Yukon gold potatoes, fingerling potatoes, sweet potatoes, cider vinegar, buttermilk,
mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, tasso ham and olive oil.

(Y) ** Charred corn cob”ettes” w/ lime and chile oil.
