Dinner

(y) Chimichurri Roasted Pork loin w/ lime-garlic mojo.


Pork loin, green onions, garlic, shallots, red onions, parsley, cilantro, tomatillos, lemon,
vinegar and, olive oil.

(Y) * Sweet potato biscuits w/pineapple sage.


Flour, butter, buttermilk, baking powder, sweet potatoes and pineapple sage.

(y) ** Veggie “dirty rice” w/ roasted & crumbled portabella,


grilled asparagus, artichokes and roasted red peppers.
Rice, portabella, asparagus, red bell peppers, artichokes, garlic, celery, onion, green
onion and olive oil.

(G) * Corn and tomato salad w/ manchego-avocado vinaigrette.


Corn, white wine, onions, heirloom tomatoes, lemon, vinegar, avocado, manchego
cheese, garlic and olive oil.
