Religion: This week we read the scripture story of Noahs Ark. We are learning more about giving thanks to God during the Mass. We wrote letters to Jesus. Our Promise Crosses are beginning to look very colorful. Reading: We are reading and writing contractions with words is, will, and are. We made predictions about what would happen before we read the story in our reading textbook. Math: We practiced telling time to the hour and half hour. We reviewed using a calendar, the days of the week, and the months in a year. We also practiced sorting items into groups based on characteristics of size, color, and shape.
