Business arising:
The final changes to the new Jayco Flyer are being made before it is sent to the printers. Discussion on pricing for printing of Jayco Flyer resulted in the Culos Family quote being better value for money, when compared to the Office Works quote. Currently awaiting agreement of Layout/Photos. The catering has been booked for Ballarat Christmas rally. News Letter Discussions for providing more interesting articles to put in, i.e. recipes & for sale items.

Bank Statement Len White enquired about the purpose of the Club Insurance. David Louden will provide the policy for discussion at the next committee meeting. Pat has asked for the policy to be forwarded to her so that she can read it for discussion at the next meeting.

Rally Coordinator's Report:

The Easter rally resulted in 16 Vans Leongatha Closed - 12 Vans Wakiti Creek Closed - 6 Vans Ocean Grove Deposit due Benalla Deposit due in June

Membership Report:
Prospective members: This weekend Louise & Hank. For Leongatha, Jeff and Debbie Anderson & Barry and Joy Willson. John discussed implementing a procedure for new members so a standard can be adhered to. John will Email the procedures to committee members for discussion at next committee meeting. John has provided a copy for the next committee minutes.

Club Clothing
Judy McIntosh requested that she be provided with the attendance list of members attending rallies. This will enable Judy to provide the appropriate clothing for those members who have ordered. Discussion on club hats arose and Judy will look at providing samples.

Almoner
Jeff Ross Is attending this rally in a cabin. He will keep in touch with john Ashby re future rallies. Karen indicated she would like to go through "members not seen list", so the club could contact them and Karen will report back at the next committee meeting.

General Business
David Livingston suggested that members be invited to committee meetings so they can have a good idea of how the committee works and the Club is managed. David Livingston believes that this may encourage Club Members to join the committee. Photos of Club Members children were discussed. It was agreed this was only to occur if the parents gave their permission. Karen and the committee requested that a letter be drafted by David A, to be sent to the Clunes Council, regarding site fees that were retained by the park manager. Karen advised that Ralph and Jenny Nelson have resigned from the Club due to ongoing commitments.

Karen indicated that the feedback from the Kids craft has been positive and there is a requirement for used Christmas cards for future kids activities. Karen to mention this in the Committee news. The club is in the process of streamling the procedure for enquiries to the Club from prospective members. To avoid Vans being allocated to wrong size sites on Rallies, members are to provide the total length of their Vans when booking for Rallies. Members with Expanda Vans are to ensure the length of the Van must include the length with ends expanded. This will ensure the Park Managers are able to provide the correct size sites for member's Vans. Karen to mention this in the Committee news to all members.
